CLAUSE 1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 298pkr platform, operated under the domain 298pkr.cam ("298pkr", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager through 298pkr, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

298pkr is an online entertainment and betting information platform primarily serving users located in Pakistan. All monetary references in these Terms use Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using this platform.

CLAUSE 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

CLAUSE 3 Account Eligibility

To register an Account on 298pkr and participate in any betting or gaming activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity).
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or any operator-imposed exclusion at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director or close associate of 298pkr or any of its affiliated entities.

Users located in Pakistan must additionally be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation governing gambling activities. 298pkr does not provide legal advice; you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to you in your location, including in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

CLAUSE 4 Account Registration & Security

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, correct and complete information as prompted, and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your Account.

• Single Account Policy: Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address or payment method is permitted. The opening of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and all Account access credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 298pkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. 298pkr accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Accurate Information: Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

CLAUSE 5 Permitted Use of the Platform

The Platform is made available to Users strictly for personal entertainment purposes. All access and use of 298pkr must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are permitted to:

• Browse content and information published on 298pkr for personal, non-commercial reference;
• Create and maintain one Account for the purpose of placing bets and participating in casino games;
• Deposit funds in PKR and place wagers on available markets in accordance with applicable betting rules; and
• Use the responsible gambling tools made available to you through your Account settings.

Any commercial exploitation of Platform content, data extraction, systematic scraping, automated querying, or any use that places an unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from 298pkr.

CLAUSE 6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 298pkr. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of any third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to place bets or exploit Platform features;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events or collusion;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches in any way, whether or not such exploitation produces a financial gain;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use 298pkr for money laundering or other financial crimes;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers or other technical means to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions or geographic blocks;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes in relation to legitimate 298pkr transactions;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 298pkr staff or other users through any communication channel.

CLAUSE 7 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits to 298pkr Accounts must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the payment methods listed in the live cashier section of the Platform at the time of the deposit. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Familiar Pakistan payment platforms — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on this Platform as contextual payment examples. Their inclusion does not constitute any endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling activities on their part. Users must independently verify the availability of any payment method before initiating a transaction and must comply with the terms of service of the relevant payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• 298pkr only accepts deposits from payment instruments owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Processing fees charged by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the User.
• 298pkr reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit at its absolute discretion.

CLAUSE 8 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Users who have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements and who do not have outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. 298pkr processes withdrawals in PKR to payment methods verified as belonging to the Account holder.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. No guaranteed processing times are stated in these Terms.
• 298pkr may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
• In the event of Account closure by either party, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) shall be returned to the User upon completion of all verification requirements.

CLAUSE 9 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 298pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, birthday rewards and referral incentives to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits and maximum cashout caps. These must be read in full before accepting any offer.
• Bonuses may only be used by the Account holder to whom they are issued and are not transferable.
• 298pkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such changes shall not affect offers already accepted and acted upon in good faith by Users.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, matched betting on the Platform, or any other method determined by 298pkr to constitute abuse — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

CLAUSE 10 Betting Rules & Market Settlement

All bets placed on 298pkr are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, league and market type. These rules govern accepted bet types, minimum and maximum stake limits, settlement procedures and void bet conditions.

• Cricket Markets: PSL, ICC World Cup, T20 internationals and all other cricket events are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment or interruption, bets are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's live betting rules. 298pkr reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets at any time where a technical error, data feed failure or other exceptional circumstance warrants it.
• Palpable Errors: 298pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, regardless of whether the event in question has already concluded.
• Casino & Games: Game outcomes on RNG (Random Number Generator) titles are determined by certified random number generation systems. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

CLAUSE 11 Responsible Gambling

298pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or resolving personal difficulties. We encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and within their means.

The following tools are available to registered Users at no cost through the Account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps to help manage gambling spend.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount a User may lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify Users of elapsed time during a gaming session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal exclusion mechanism allowing Users to close their Account for a defined or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and all marketing communications to the excluded User are ceased.

CLAUSE 12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 298pkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 298pkr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right, title or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 298pkr.

CLAUSE 13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 298pkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 298pkr specifically disclaims liability for:

• Gambling losses incurred through the normal use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services;
• Inaccuracies in odds, market data or third-party information displayed on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any financial loss resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment reference.

Nothing in these Terms limits 298pkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

CLAUSE 14 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate these Terms and close the User's Account at any time. Users may request Account closure by contacting 298pkr support. Upon such request, any real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the User following successful KYC verification.

298pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion, in the event that the User:

• Has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• Is identified as acting in bad faith or attempting to defraud the Platform;
• Has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe; or
• Is found to be below the minimum eligible age.

In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity or deliberate breach of these Terms, 298pkr reserves the right to void all bets and forfeit all Account balances without obligation to provide a refund.

CLAUSE 15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the licence jurisdiction under which 298pkr operates. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related provincial legislation may also be applicable to their individual circumstances.

298pkr does not claim to be regulated by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial or federal authority. No warranty is given that the Platform's services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It remains the User's sole responsibility to seek independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in their specific location.

CLAUSE 16 Amendments to These Terms

298pkr reserves the right to revise, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where such amendments are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users through reasonable means, which may include notification within the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.
